v333 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With Us

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "v333", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the v333 platform accessible at v333.io and all associated sub-domains and applications.
• "Platform" refers to the v333 website, mobile-optimised site, any downloadable application, and all products, services and content made available through them.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the v333 Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money or bonus-funded participation in any game, sports market, or other product offered on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required under these Terms & Conditions.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, depositing funds, placing a Wager, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and v333 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

v333 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

3. Account Registration

To participate in any real-money product on the v333 Platform, you must register a valid Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• You may hold only one Account per person, household, device, IP address, payment method, or shared computer environment. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. v333 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information supplied by you.
• You must not register an Account on behalf of any other person.
• v333 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity review. v333 will contact you at your registered email address prior to taking any action on an inactive Account.

4. Age Verification

v333 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time, including — but not limited to — at the point of first withdrawal, when a cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or when v333 has reason to verify your identity.

Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: the National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid Bangladesh passport, or a valid Bangladesh driving licence. v333 reserves the right to specify the exact documents required during the verification process.

During any pending KYC review, v333 may temporarily restrict your ability to withdraw funds from your Account. Any winnings generated during a period in which you are found to have provided false age or identity information will be voided and forfeited.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. v333 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact the v333 support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

v333 is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of your failure to maintain adequate Account security. Any Wager placed using valid Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by the registered Account holder, regardless of whether the actual person placing the Wager was the registered holder.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

v333 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. v333 does not impose a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which v333 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are typically credited to your Balance within sixty (60) seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. If your deposit does not appear within thirty (30) minutes, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless v333 expressly approves an alternative method in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.

v333 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. All withdrawals are subject to review for potential fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. v333 reserves the right to withhold funds where reasonable grounds for such review exist.

6.3 Currency

All Balances, Wagers, and Withdrawals on the v333 Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). v333 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion carried out by your payment provider prior to a deposit reaching v333 is entirely the responsibility of the Player.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

v333 offers promotional bonuses from time to time at its sole discretion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds and real-money Balance are held separately. Real-money Balance is used for Wagers first; Bonus Funds are applied thereafter, unless the specific promotion states a different order.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, household, device, or IP address.
• Promotions are available to players resident in Bangladesh only, unless explicitly extended to other jurisdictions in the promotion's terms.
• v333 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change does not retroactively affect an already-active bonus in a detrimental way to the Player without reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including, but not limited to, the use of low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to Account suspension.

8. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting offered on the v333 Platform. Specific rules applicable to cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports are published separately in the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets are accepted subject to available odds and market limits at the time the bet is placed. v333 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits at its discretion.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed, amended or cancelled unless the relevant market is voided by v333 due to an error, event cancellation, or other exceptional circumstance.
• v333 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started or concluded at the time of placement, regardless of the outcome, where the bet was placed after the event's commencement.
• In the event of a dispute over the result of any sporting event, the official governing body's result will be used as the definitive outcome. For BPL and Bangladesh national cricket fixtures, the result published by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) and/or the ICC will be the authoritative source.
• v333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any betting market at its absolute discretion.

9. Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the v333 Platform — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, bingo, and card games such as Single Deck Blackjack — are operated under the rules published by the respective game provider. The rules of each individual game are accessible within the game interface.

All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, independently audited for fairness. Live casino games are streamed from secure studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, whose own operational rules supplement these Terms & Conditions where relevant.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the following policy applies: if a Wager has been accepted and the game round has commenced, the round will be completed and the result recorded in v333's system logs. The result of any disconnected round will stand as final.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v333 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical glitches, whether intentionally or recklessly. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Registering more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any restriction applied to an existing Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using payment methods belonging to a third party without their explicit consent.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the v333 Platform — including but not limited to the v333 brand, logo, design, software, text, graphics, game content, and audiovisual materials — is the property of v333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of v333.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.

v333's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

v333 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or entirely secure. Scheduled maintenance, technical incidents, and third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect Platform availability. v333 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance that may affect Platform access.

13. Privacy & Data

v333 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

v333 will share your personal data with third parties only to the extent necessary for the purposes of payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. v333 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Responsible Gaming

v333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools, accessible directly from your Account settings, to help you maintain control of your gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. Any Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

16. Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fairness and good faith applicable to consumer-facing online platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. v333 is committed to resolving any dispute with Players in good faith and through direct communication in the first instance.

In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
